The Green Party of Northern Ireland was a political party in Northern Ireland led by former First Minister ka4bi. Initially the party was named the Ecological Party of Northern Ireland[1], before rebranding to the Green Party of Northern Ireland on 14 April 2020.[2] In the June 2020 Northern Ireland Assembly election, the Green Party won 7.2% and 6 seats. On 10 June 2020, the Green Party and the Alliance Party of Northern Ireland merged, and the Alliance's designation switched from other to member designation, the system the Green Party used.[3][4] ka4bi also became leader of the Alliance Party, with CountBrandenburg becoming his deputy.
